All personalised or made-to-order candles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Where a return is required due to a fault under ACL, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
