1. Products
All products are handmade, artisanal candles. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance may occur. These variations are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or personalised products are made specifically for you. These items cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3. Prices & Payments
• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment details.
4. Consumer Guarantees (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
5. Liability & Safety
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by the improper use of our candles. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all care and safety instructions provided with the product.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Katty Echeverry and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
